1. About AEPS Group
AEPS Group ("we," "us," "our") is a professional documentation and expert coordination service. We provide credential evaluations, expert opinion letters, certified translations, immigration business plans, and related document support services for immigration, employment, licensing, and academic purposes.
AEPS Group is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or immigration legal services. Nothing on this website or in any document we prepare constitutes legal advice or establishes an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice or representation in immigration matters, you should consult a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.
2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services
We provide the following services as described on our website:
- Credential evaluations (academic, course-by-course, work experience)
- Expert opinion letters through our network of independent U.S. professors and industry professionals
- Certified translations of foreign-language documents
- RFE and NOID documentation support
- H-1B documentation support
- Immigration business plans
2.2 No Outcome Guarantee
Acceptance or approval of any document, petition, or application is determined solely by the relevant authority, USCIS, the Department of Labor, a licensing board, or another body. AEPS Group makes no representation or guarantee regarding the outcome of any filing.
A credential evaluation, expert opinion letter, or any other document we produce does not guarantee approval of an immigration petition or application.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 How Orders Work
Orders are placed through our website contact form, consultation booking, or direct email. An order is confirmed only when we have reviewed your case, confirmed the scope and price in writing, and you have confirmed your acceptance of the quote.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents when placing an order. AEPS Group prepares documents based entirely on the information and materials you provide. We are not responsible for errors, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information supplied by the client.
3.3 Document Copies
You must provide clear, legible copies of all relevant documents. We accept digital scans and high-quality photographs. For certified translations, we require a complete copy of the original document. Partial documents cannot be accepted.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices shown on our website are starting prices in USD. The final price for your specific order is confirmed in writing before any work begins. You will not be invoiced for more than the agreed price without prior written confirmation.
4.2 Rush and Express Pricing
Express and Rush processing carry a higher price as shown on our pricing page. Rush availability is subject to capacity and expert availability. We confirm rush availability before you place a rush order.
4.3 Attorney and Volume Pricing
Law firms and immigration attorneys with ongoing volume are eligible for dedicated rate card pricing. Contact us to set up an account.
4.4 Payment Terms
Payment is required before work begins unless a separate arrangement has been confirmed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other approved payment methods. Invoices are issued in USD.
4.5 Taxes
AEPS Group is based outside the United States. Clients are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes in their own jurisdiction. We do not charge or collect U.S. sales tax.
5. Turnaround Times
5.1 Standard Turnaround
Turnaround times shown on our website are business days and begin from the date we receive all required documents from you in acceptable quality, not from the date of initial inquiry or payment.
5.2 Express and Rush Turnaround
Express and Rush turnaround times are subject to availability and are confirmed before your order is accepted. Turnaround begins from the date we receive complete documents.
5.3 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late or incomplete document submission by the client
- Documents submitted in poor quality requiring resubmission
- Force majeure events outside our control
- Expert availability changes for opinion letter orders
We will notify you promptly if a delay arises and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
6. Draft Review and Revisions
6.1 Draft Review
Every credential evaluation and expert opinion letter is sent to you as a draft before finalization. You are responsible for reviewing the draft and confirming the accuracy of all factual information about yourself contained in the document.
6.2 Factual Corrections
If a draft contains a factual error based on the information or documents you provided, notify us in writing within 3 business days of receiving the draft. We will correct factual errors at no additional charge.
6.3 Scope of Revisions
Revisions are limited to corrections of factual inaccuracies. Requests to change the professional assessment or opinion contained in an expert opinion letter are not accepted. The expert's assessment is their own independent professional judgment and cannot be directed or altered by the client or by AEPS Group.
6.4 Certified Translations
Certified translations are not sent as drafts. If you identify an error in a delivered certified translation, notify us within 3 business days and we will review and correct any translation error at no additional charge.
7. Expert Opinion Letters
7.1 Independent Assessment
Expert opinion letters are independently signed by the expert whose name appears on the letter. The opinions expressed in expert letters represent the expert's own professional assessment of the individual's background, credentials, and contributions.
7.2 Expert Match
We match experts to cases based on field alignment and availability. In rare cases where a matched expert becomes unavailable after an order is confirmed, we will identify an alternative expert of equivalent qualification and notify you before proceeding.
Experts engaged through our network are independent professionals. While we take every reasonable step to ensure continuity once a match is confirmed, there may be exceptional circumstances, including personal emergencies, professional conflicts, health reasons, or other unforeseen situations where an expert withdraws from a case mid-engagement.
Such circumstances are outside our control, and AEPS Group cannot be held liable for delays or disruptions resulting from an expert's withdrawal. We will make every reasonable effort to assign another suitably qualified expert whenever possible.
7.3 Expert Availability for Rush Orders
Rush availability for expert opinion letters depends on the expert's schedule and the specific field required. We confirm rush feasibility before accepting a rush order.
If we cannot fulfill a confirmed rush order due to expert unavailability, we will notify you immediately and offer either:
- A refund of the rush processing premium, or
- A revised delivery timeline.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel an order before we have begun work, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made.
8.2 Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If work has already begun on your order, the refund amount depends on the stage of completion:
- Less than 25% complete — 75% refund
- 25%–50% complete — 50% refund
- More than 50% complete — No refund
8.3 No Refund on Completed and Delivered Documents
Once a final document has been delivered and accepted, no refund is available. If you believe a delivered document contains an error, please contact us in accordance with the revision policy described in Section 6.
8.4 Expert Opinion Letters
Because expert opinion letters involve the engagement of an independent professional whose time, expertise, and review cannot be recovered once work has begun, cancellations made after the expert has started reviewing the case are not eligible for a refund of the portion attributable to the expert's work.
8.5 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Your Information
We treat all personal information, documents, and case details you share with us as strictly confidential. Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties except where necessary to complete your order, such as sharing relevant background materials with the expert assigned to your case or with authorized translation professionals.
9.2 Expert Confidentiality
All experts and professionals engaged through our network are expected to maintain the confidentiality of client information and documents. They receive only the information necessary to complete the requested service and are required to handle all client materials responsibly and professionally.
9.3 Data Retention
AEPS Group retains client documents, correspondence, and completed work for a period of two (2) years for quality assurance, support, and repeat-order purposes. If you wish to have your documents permanently removed from our records before this period, you may submit a written request, and we will process the deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership of Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive the right to use the credential evaluation, expert opinion letter, certified translation, immigration business plan, or other document prepared specifically for your case.
These documents may be used only for their intended purpose, including immigration, employment, licensing, educational, or professional submissions.
10.2 Website Content
All content published on the AEPS Group website, including but not limited to text, graphics, layouts, icons, logos, images, service descriptions, page structure, and website design, is the exclusive property of AEPS Group unless otherwise stated.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10.3 Expert Letter Authorship
Expert opinion letters remain the original intellectual work of the independent expert who prepares and signs the letter. Your right to use the completed expert letter is limited to the specific immigration, licensing, employment, or professional purpose for which it was prepared.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 No Liability for Immigration Outcomes
AEPS Group is not responsible for the outcome of any immigration petition, visa application, licensing application, employment petition, Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), or any other submission made to USCIS, the Department of Labor, licensing boards, educational institutions, or other governmental or regulatory authorities.
Decisions regarding approvals, denials, requests for additional evidence, or any other outcomes are made solely by the relevant authority.
11.2 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AEPS Group's total liability arising out of or relating to any service we provide shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11.3 No Consequential Damages
AEPS Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of employment, visa denial, immigration delays, travel disruption, financial loss, business interruption, or loss of income arising from or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Accuracy of Information Provided
You represent and warrant that all information, documents, records, and materials you provide to AEPS Group are true, accurate, complete, and authentic. We rely entirely on the information supplied by you when preparing evaluations, expert opinion letters, certified translations, business plans, and all other documentation.
If inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided, AEPS Group shall not be responsible for any resulting errors, immigration delays, denials, Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), fraud findings, licensing issues, legal consequences, or any other adverse outcomes.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents submitted to us.
13. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use AEPS Group's services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not use our services to:
- Submit false, altered, forged, or fraudulent documents to any government authority or institution.
- Misrepresent your education, qualifications, employment history, credentials, or professional experience.
- Use documents prepared by AEPS Group for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any reports, evaluations, translations, or website content without our written permission.
- Use our website or services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
AEPS Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if we reasonably believe that a client is attempting to use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes.

AEPS Group may revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page, unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of our website or services after updated Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, where AEPS Group operates.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
