Who We Are

The Bridge Between Global Talent & U.S. Immigration Success

We connect qualified professionals, academic experts, and industry leaders with attorneys, employers, and petitioners across the United States. Every evaluation and expert opinion letter is carefully prepared to support your unique immigration, employment, licensing, or educational goals.

Our team has deep knowledge of what USCIS adjudicators, immigration attorneys and licensing boards expect to see in these documents. That knowledge comes from working closely with practitioners in this space and understanding, case by case, what works and what does not. Every document we produce is prepared with that standard in mind, not a general idea of quality, but the specific, documented, signed-and-sealed format that immigration cases actually require.

We work with clients around the world. Our expert network is based in the United States, professors at U.S. universities and senior professionals in U.S. industries who independently review cases. Our coordination team operates globally, managing the engagement between client and expert with the attention each case deserves.

HOW WE WORK

How We Approach Every Case

Four commitments we make to every client attorney, employer, or individual on every case, without exception.

We Start by Understanding What the Case Actually Needs

Not every case needs the same documents. An EB-1A with a strong publication record needs different expert framing than an EB-2 NIW built on a track record in industry. An H-1B with a directly aligned degree needs a different evaluation than one relying on three-for-one work experience. We assess the case first and recommend what will actually strengthen it, not what generates the most invoices.

Every Expert Is Matched, Not Randomly Assigned

When a case requires an expert opinion letter, we identify an expert from our network whose own professional background directly corresponds to the petitioner’s field and specialization. A biomedical engineer’s case goes to someone in biomedical engineering or a closely adjacent field. A financial economist’s case goes to someone with relevant academic or industry standing in finance or economics. The match is deliberate and documented.

You See the Draft Before Anything Is Final

Every evaluation report and every expert opinion letter is sent to the client as a draft before it is issued. The client verifies the accuracy of the facts about themselves. Any factual corrections are addressed before finalization. No document is issued without client review and approval. This step is not optional it exists because factual errors in these documents carry real consequences for the case.

We Are Honest About What We Cannot Do

When a client needs something that falls outside our scope, legal advice, petition strategy, we say so directly and point them toward a licensed immigration attorney. We do not stretch our services to appear more comprehensive than we are. The value of what we do is in doing it well and doing it honestly. Clients who know exactly what they are getting are the only clients we want.

Legal Disclaimer

AEPS Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or legal representation. We are a professional documentation and expert coordination service. The credential evaluations, expert opinion letters, translations, and supporting documents we produce are prepared by our team and our network of independent academic and industry professionals. Expert opinion letters are independently prepared by the experts who sign them and represent their own professional assessments.
No document produced by AEPS Group constitutes legal advice or establishes an attorney-client relationship. Acceptance of any document in an immigration proceeding is determined solely by the relevant authority, USCIS, the Department of Labor, a licensing board, or another body. AEPS Group makes no representation or guarantee regarding the outcome of any immigration petition or application. For legal advice, petition strategy, or representation in immigration proceedings, clients should retain a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.

The Experts Behind the Letters

The most important thing we do is connect the right expert to the right case. An expert opinion letter is only as credible as the person who writes it. A letter from a professor whose specialization does not match the petitioner’s field does not serve the case, and experienced immigration officers and attorneys recognize the difference immediately.
Our network consists of academic faculty at U.S. universities and senior professionals in industry roles, credentialed individuals in their own right, who agree to review a petitioner’s background and provide their own independent professional assessment.
