HOW IT WORKS

Four Steps from Inquiry to Delivery

01. Tell Us About Your Case

Submit a brief description of your situation: your visa category, where you are in the process, and what you think you need. If you are not sure, that is fine, our team will assess your case and recommend the right service before you commit to anything.

02. We Match the Right Expert

For every evaluation and opinion letter, we identify the evaluator or expert whose academic or professional background directly corresponds to your field and case type. A materials scientist gets a materials scientist. A software architect gets a computer science or engineering faculty member. The match is deliberate on every case.

03. Draft Sent to You First

Before any document is finalized, you receive a draft to review. You verify the facts. You raise any corrections. Nothing is issued without your sign-off. This step exists because errors in an evaluation or expert letter do not just cause delays; they can damage the credibility of the entire petition.

04. Final Document Delivered

Once approved, your final evaluation report or expert opinion letter is issued digitally with the evaluator’s or expert’s signature and credentials. Digital delivery is included as standard.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help book a free consultation and we’ll advise on the right credential evaluation service for your case.

A credential evaluation is a formal written report that translates your foreign academic degree into its U.S. equivalent. U.S. immigration authorities, employers, and licensing boards cannot automatically recognize a foreign degree; they need a credentialed evaluator to formally confirm what it corresponds to under U.S. education standards. Without one, your degree effectively does not count as evidence. Most employment-based visa petitions, H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, EB-1B, and many O-1 cases, require at least one credential evaluation as part of the petition package.
An expert opinion letter is a formal letter signed by a qualified U.S. professor or senior industry professional who has reviewed your background, your work, publications, citations, achievements, or professional contributions and is providing their own independent professional opinion of your expertise and standing in your field. The letter is their assessment, in their words, under their professional authority. Our role is to identify the right expert for your case, coordinate the engagement and manage the process. Every letter is genuinely reviewed and signed by the expert themselves.
Yes. RFE support is one of our most common requests. When USCIS issues a Request for Evidence, they are identifying a gap in the evidentiary record. We close that gap by coordinating supplemental expert opinion letters, updated or additional credential evaluations and any other supporting documentation the case needs.
Credential evaluations are delivered in 5–7 business days standard, with 48-hour rush processing available. Expert opinion letters take 7–10 business days standard, as they require identifying and coordinating with an expert whose schedule allows for the review. Rush expert letters are possible in some cases, contact us before submitting to confirm whether your deadline is achievable.
